Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 25, 2026

The United States Election Industry Association is committed to making ElectionIndustry.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

11.1 Our goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is an ongoing effort; we do not claim that every page currently meets this standard.

11.2 What we are doing

  • designing pages with readable text, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard navigation;
  • providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • labeling form fields, including on the membership, nomination, and newsletter forms;
  • periodically reviewing the Site with automated tools and manual testing; and
  • considering accessibility when we choose vendors (for example, third-party checkout and voting tools, which are not fully within our control).

11.3 Known limitations

Some content provided by third parties (such as Stripe's checkout pages, the blockchain voting interface, or uploaded nomination materials) may not be fully accessible.

11.4 Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or need information in an alternative format, contact us at Winning@ElectionIndustry.com. Please describe the page and the problem. We will try to respond within 5 business days and to provide the information or service you need through an alternative method.
