9.2 Respecting others' rights
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. Do not submit content, including nomination photos, logos, or materials, that you do not have the right to share.
9.3 Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please email Winning@ElectionIndustry.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Notice" and include:
- your name and contact information (email, phone, and mailing address);
- a description of the work or mark you believe is being infringed;
- the location of the material on the Site (e.g., the URL) and a description of it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to material we believe in good faith is infringing. Where appropriate, we will notify the person who submitted the material, who may respond with information showing that the material is not infringing or is used with permission. We may then restore the material in our discretion.
9.4 Repeat infringers
We may terminate the access or membership of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
